1. Bookings & Deposits

A non‑refundable deposit may be required to confirm your charter. The remaining balance and due dates will be communicated in your booking confirmation.

2. Cancellations & Changes

2.1 Guest‑initiated changes

Date changes and cancellations are subject to availability and the policies of the yacht operator. Specific conditions will be outlined in your quotation.

2.2 Weather & safety

Captains have the final decision on whether it is safe to sail. In case of unsafe weather, we will offer re‑scheduling options where possible.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to follow crew instructions, respect local regulations, and avoid behaviour that may put themselves or others at risk.

4. Liability

While every effort is made to operate safely, certain risks are inherent to marine activities. Details of coverage and limitations will be described in your booking documents.
